Dale Johannes is a world-class benefit auctioneer with 19 years of partnering with nonprofits across the nation to exceed their fundraising goals. His authentic and vibrant energy mesmerizes the room while inspiring guests to bid higher and donate deeper

Dale’s highly sought-after skills are predicated on a genuine connection to each nonprofit he works with, dedicating time to understand your mission, goals, tone, and audience. His small and dynamic team provides a laser focus on creating a memorable occasion with record-breaking results.

Three decades of acting on and off Broadway is made evident in Dale’s ease both in front of a camera or on stage. His theatrical experience uniquely offers your organization flexibility and success in every event format promising your crowd is engaged and entertained reaching a higher level of support. Based in Portland OR, Dale can also frequently be found captivating audiences from San Francisco, Palm Springs, and New York City!

A devoted husband to his enchanting wife, Chan and father to their two children Jackson and Lilah, Dale enjoys traveling with his family, sharing new adventures, cutting it up on the golf course, and diving into how he can help his nonprofit partners reach new heights through elevated events!

2. Pam Mahon, Auction Support Lead

Pam was born and raised in New England and made her way out to the Pacific NW via Boulder, Colorado and a Master’s degree in Voice Performance. She can be seen at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall performing with the Oregon Symphony in the Kids’ Concert Series and as a teaching artist in the school outreach program. Pam is the Operations Manager with Renewable Northwest, a renewable energy advocacy organization. When not performing or working, Pam loves being involved in fundraising events for amazing causes, encouraging her University of Oregon college kid, and hiking with her dog, Zeke.

3. Chan Johannes, Clerk/Recording Services

Chan enjoys offering support for non profits events. Be it Live, Virtual or Hybrid you will see Chan capturing those winning bids and crunching the numbers at a feverish pace. When not helping her husband raise some “serious money” she is Mom to her 2 kids while also working in the pharmaceutical industry. In her spare time Chan enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and making excel spreadsheets……..no seriously!!!
